CUSTOMER CARE

 

We work really hard to stay fully stocked with our inventory. If the product is on backorder it could take up to 3-7 days for your design to go through production before being shipped. If there is an issue with the order you receive, please "Contact Us!". One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 30 days of receiving your order. For product longevity, we suggest to wash on a delicate cycle and hang to dry!

Information You Provide to Us “Personal Information” means information that alone or in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you. The Personal Information we collect will be your name, location, shipping addresses, and order history. This does not include your credit card or PayPal information. Payment methods will never be kept by us.

 

We Use Your Information In general, to provide service to you, including,  to fulfill your order and send you an order confirmation and to respond to customer service requests.
